Ze77's withdrawal policy governs the transfer of funds from your Ze77 account to your chosen payment channel or crypto wallet. This policy operates alongside the Ze77 Terms of Service and AML/KYC requirements. Withdrawals are subject to verification and depend on the available methods in your jurisdiction.

Eligibility and Verification

To initiate a withdrawal you must have completed identity verification (KYC). Ze77 may suspend or withhold withdrawals pending verification of identity and the source of funds. If false data is provided, withdrawals may be denied and the account may be closed. You must have played through deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal is allowed.

Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are issued in the currency matching the funding method used to top up your account. Crypto withdrawals go to the wallet bound to your Ze77 account; fiat withdrawals are sent to the payment method on file used for deposits. Availability of methods depends on your location and verification status. Ze77 reserves the right to process a withdrawal via the same method used for deposits where required by policy or regulation.

Limits and Frequency

  • Minimum withdrawal: 40 EUR or equivalent
  • Maximum per transaction: 5,000 EUR or equivalent
  • Aggregate withdrawal caps: 5,000 EUR per day; 10,000 EUR per week; 30,000 EUR per month
  • If a requested withdrawal exceeds a single-transaction limit, it will be issued in installments until the full amount is paid

Processing Times and Status

Ze77 aims to approve or deny withdrawal requests within two (2) business days from submission. You may cancel a withdrawal at any time before finalization; canceled withdrawals revert to your Ze77 account balance. Ze77 bears no liability for losses arising from gameplay after a withdrawal has been canceled.

Fees and Charges

Additional fees may apply for certain withdrawal methods or jurisdictions. Fees are disclosed on the withdrawal page prior to confirmation. Ze77 may apply processing fees, currency conversion costs, or payment-provider charges where permitted by applicable law and the chosen method.

Chargebacks and Refunds

Chargebacks: If a chargeback is initiated, the corresponding funds and related processing costs may be deducted from your balance, and your Ze77 account may be blocked while the matter is investigated. The company may request identity confirmation and your preferred payment method during this process. Refunds: The company may issue a refund under defined grounds (for example, duplicate deposits, non-provision of service, or suspected fraud). Refund requests should be submitted via the in-account channel; the company will respond within two (2) business days with a decision.

Compliance and Security

The withdrawal policy operates in accordance with AML/KYC requirements. Ze77 may perform additional verification of identity and source of funds prior to processing payouts and may withhold funds pending completion of verification. Incorrect information may result in withdrawal denial or account suspension.
