Definitions
- Ze77 means the operator behind the Ze77 Platform and all related services, including games, wagering and promotional activities.
- Customer means a natural person who registers an account to access the Ze77 Platform and who accepts these Terms.
- Platform means the Ze77 website and accompanying mobile application through which the Services are made available.
- Services means all gambling, gaming, betting, promotional offers, tournaments and ancillary features provided on the Platform.
- General Terms means these Terms and Conditions governing use of the Platform and Services.
- Promotions means any bonus, cashback, free spins, tournament or other offer presented by Ze77, and any related terms and conditions that apply to such offers.
- KYC means Know Your Customer procedures described herein.
Regulatory Framework and Eligibility
- Minimum age You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Platform. By using the Platform, you warrant that you meet the age requirement and are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
- Legality and compliance You must comply with all laws applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction. If online gambling is illegal or restricted where you are located, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
- Excluded jurisdictions Ze77 maintains a dynamic list of Excluded Jurisdictions. Access from any Excluded Jurisdiction is prohibited. The list may be updated without prior notice and is published on the Platform. You must ensure your location does not place you within an Excluded Jurisdiction when using the Services.
- Location and identity checks Ze77 may perform location verification and other checks to confirm eligibility. Where verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction, access to or use of the Platform may be suspended or refused.
Account Registration and Ownership
- Account creation Access to all platform features requires a registered Customer account. Registration must be in your true and verifiable name and contact details.
- Single account policy Each Customer may hold one account. Duplicate or multiple accounts are prohibited and may be terminated, with potential for forfeit of balances and winnings.
- Account ownership You may not transfer, sell or assign your account or its rights to any third party. Transfers of funds between different Customer accounts are prohibited unless expressly authorized by Ze77 in writing.
- Information accuracy You must keep registration and contact data up to date and notify Ze77 of changes promptly.
Security and Access
- Login credentials You must keep your username and password confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, including any transactions initiated by others who use your credentials with or without authorization.
- Unauthorized use Ze77 accepts no liability for unauthorized access arising from your failure to safeguard credentials. You must promptly notify Ze77 if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Prohibited sharing You must not share your access credentials or permit third parties to access the Platform using your account.
Identity Verification and KYC
- Documentation Ze77 may require certified identification documents, proof of address, and, where relevant, documentation showing the source of funds, to comply with KYC and AML obligations.
- Timeframes The standard verification process aims to complete within one business day after submission of requested documents. Delays may occur if further information is required.
- Ongoing verification Ze77 reserves the right to perform additional checks before and after deposits or withdrawals and to suspend access until verification is completed to our satisfaction.
Funds, Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
- Payment processing Financial operations are processed by Ze77 or designated payment processors. Deposits and withdrawals are executed through available methods on the Platform, subject to validation and verification checks.
- Same-method withdrawals Whenever possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used to fund the account.
- Account balance The balance is not a bank balance, bears no interest, and is not insured or backed by any financial guarantee.
- Fees and chargebacks By depositing you authorize Ze77 to debit your balance for amounts due in connection with the Services. You agree not to initiate chargebacks and to reimburse Ze77 for any costs arising from improper chargebacks or recalls.
- Deposit limits Ze77 reserves the right to define minimum and maximum deposit amounts and to adjust these limits from time to time with notice on the Platform.
- Refunds Refunds may be considered under specified conditions. Generally, a deposit or bonus cannot be refunded once the wagering requirements have been met or the bonus has been played. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days if there is evidence of unauthorized access by a third party. Refunds depend on the payment method and may be subject to verification checks. Ze77 may withhold funds pending completion of identity verification or source-of-funds checks.
- Unverifiable funds If funds are suspected to be linked to illicit activity or if verification cannot be completed to Ze77’s satisfaction, deposits or withdrawals may be declined or reversed.
Promotions and Bonuses
- Promotional terms Promotions are governed by separate terms in addition to these General Terms. In the event of conflict, promotional terms prevail for the relevant offer.
- Wagering requirements Promotions may include wagering requirements, eligibility criteria and expiry periods. Failure to meet these conditions may result in forfeiture of bonuses and related winnings.
- Eligibility and expiry Promotions may be restricted by jurisdiction, game type, time limits and other criteria. Expiration and forfeiture terms are stated in the promotional terms.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
- Self-exclusion Customers may request self-exclusion or cooling-off periods in accordance with Ze77’s Responsible Gaming Policy. Requests should be directed to Customer Support and may limit access to all or part of the Platform.
- Reality checks and limits Ze77 may offer time limits, loss-limits and reality checks to assist responsible participation. Customers should review and apply these features as appropriate.
Privacy, Data Security and Cookies
- Data processing Ze77 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform you consent to such processing and to the use of cookies as described in the policy.
- Data retention and sharing Personal data may be shared with payment processors and regulatory authorities as required, and retained for the periods specified in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property and Acceptable Use
- Intellectual property All content on the Platform, including software, designs, trademarks and branding, is owned by Ze77 or licensed to Ze77. You acquire no rights other than the right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
- Permissible use You must not reproduce, copy, republish, modify or create derived works from the Platform content except as expressly permitted by Ze77. You must not introduce malware, misrepresent the Platform or engage in activities that could harm Ze77 or other customers.
Prohibited Activities and Sanctions
- Prohibited conduct You must not engage in fraud, collusion, botting, use of prohibited devices, or any activity that could distort the integrity of the Platform.
- Geolocation and privacy Attempts to circumvent geolocation or verification checks, including the use of VPNs or proxy services, are prohibited and may lead to account suspension or termination.
- Sanctions Ze77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate a Customer’s access for any breach of these Terms, regulatory noncompliance, or suspicious activity. Any outstanding balances will be settled in accordance with these Terms.
Liability, Warranties and Disclaimers
- No warranties Ze77 provides the Platform on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, Ze77 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
- Limitation of liability Ze77’s total liability to a Customer for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount of the Customer’s net losses in the preceding twelve months, except for liability arising from breach of confidentiality, data protection or gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation does not apply to the extent required by law.
Termination and Account Closure
- Voluntary closure A Customer may close their Ze77 account by submitting a request through the Platform or contacting Customer Support. Accounts with remaining balances or pending withdrawals will be settled in accordance with the platform’s policies.
- Company termination Ze77 may suspend or terminate a Customer’s account at its sole discretion for breach of these Terms, regulatory noncompliance, or any conduct detrimental to the Platform. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations up to the termination date.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ze77 is incorporated. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction or, at Ze77’s option, by binding arbitration at a location determined by Ze77.
Changes to these Terms
Ze77 may modify these General Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated on the Platform and, where feasible, by email to the address on file. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Communications
Ze77 may send notices to the Customer by email or via notices displayed on the Platform. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure contact details are up to date.
Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement These Terms, together with any applicable Promotional Terms and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Ze77 and the Customer regarding the Platform.
- Severability If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Assignment Ze77 may assign its rights under these Terms without the Customer’s consent. The Customer may not assign rights or delegate obligations without Ze77’s prior written consent.
